1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to material shortages, order processing may be delayed. We will communicate any major delays directly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Local Deliveries (Within South Africa): 3–5 business days (In-Stock items only)
- 4-5 Weeks for Furniture

Regional Deliveries: 3–7 business days

Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and prompt delivery. All packages are trackable.
If you prefer a specific courier or want to arrange your own collection, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Local Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup is available by appointment from our factory. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@weberindustries.co.za to discuss options.
